Card Games
Rummy rules 10 cards
Ten-card rummy is a variant in which each player receives 10 cards per round and aims to go out by forming melds and laying off cards, with the lowest penalty total after 11 rounds winning the game.
Key points
- Each round has an initial meld requirement that increases; the first round requires a meld of at least 3 points.1
- A player who empties their hand scores zero penalty points; others score the value of cards left in hand.1
- For 7–8 players, an extra 52-card deck plus 2 jokers is added, totalling 162 cards.1
